Appointments

Appointments can be made over the phone at either location. We do require a credit card or gift card number for all reservations. Our hours of service and contact numbers and map to our shop locations can be found on our "Contact Us" page.

Wedding parties are encouraged to book appointments in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Mirage Salon and Day Spa requires 24 hour notice for ALL cancellations. If a cancellation is made in less than 24 hours before your appointment, a 50% of total scheduled services will be charged to the credit card used to make the appointment.

If no cancellation is given and you do not show up for the appointment, you will be charged 100% for services scheduled to the credit card used to make the appointment.

Gift Cards

Gift cards and certificates are available at either location. For your convenience, you can phone in your order and it will be available for pick-up or mailed to you. To charge by phone please use the number: (804) 530.9931

Please note that all gift cards and certificates expire one year from purchase date. Prices are subject to change at each location and without notice.

Gratuities

Gratuities for the staff are greatly appreciated. A gratuity of 15%-20% is customary.
